“No one ever showed up. That's twice in a row! I was scheduled for 2-4 pm and I received a text message asking for a review of how my service went at 10:00 am! Before my scheduled time. When no one came out during scheduled time of 2-4 pm I called the technician. He told me he was supposed to come out between 5-9pm. Which isn't true. When I tried to talk he talked over me and wouldn't let me speak then proceeded to hang up on me. I called Nd spoke with Jessica on two occasions and still waiting to hear back. ”

“We paid over $200 and expected the van to look immaculate. The car has an odor that wasn't there. It smells like wet dog. The ceiling of the van wasn't cleaned and there were spots missed.
I was expecting you to use an actual shampoo machine not spray down the seats and floor then wipe it all down. It was left soaked which produced a foul odor. I'm not happy with the job at all or the service. ”
